Enabling QSIG

1. Digital Link Descriptors form

2. Set the Integrated Digital Access option to "ISDN Node" and the QSIG Private Network Access option to "Yes".

2. Shared System Options form

• Set the DPNSS/QSIG Diversion Enabled option to "Yes"

• If required, set the Maintain Original Forward or Reroute Reason to "Yes". With this option enabled, the system maintains and displays on the nominated party's telephone or console the original reason for forwarding or rerouting a call.

3. Trunk Circuit Descriptor - MSDN-DPNSS-DASSII form

• Set the Far End Connection option to "Local Office".

Programming Calling Name

• Telephone Directory form

• Ensure that the correct name is associated with the appropriate telephone.

Enabling Calling Name Display

• Class of Service Options form 

• Disable "Display ANI/DNIS/ISDN Calling/Called Number" to program the calling name display.
